Attractive locations

Ulu Temburong National Park

Protected area of untouched rainforest reached by longboat along the river. A steel canopy walkway lifts visitors above the treetops, and forest trails lead to streams and waterfalls.

Peradayan Forest Recreation Park

Forest park with a steep trail through rainforest to the top of Bukit Peradayan, rewarding hikers with wide views over the district. Good footwear and plenty of water are needed.

Sungai Temburong

The river that carries longboats from Bangar toward Ulu Temburong National Park. Rides pass rainforest banks and lead to the park's trails and canopy walk.

Temburong Bridge

A very long sea bridge linking the main part of Brunei to Temburong across Brunei Bay, opened in 2020. It shortens the journey to Ulu Temburong and passes mangrove islands on the way.

Airports

Brunei International Airport BWN

Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei

It is about 48 km in a straight line from Temburong (Ulu Temburong National Park).
