Attractive locations

Boracay Island

A small island off the northwest tip of Panay, best known for White Beach, a long stretch of pale sand lined with cafes and bars. Visitors swim, sail, dive and watch the sunset.

Northwest Panay Peninsula Natural Park

A protected area of forest, hills and coast on the mainland just across the strait from Boracay. It suits visitors who want wildlife and quiet scenery away from the beach.

Carabao Island

A small, quiet island between Panay and Tablas with simple fishing villages and pale beaches. It receives far fewer visitors than nearby Boracay.

Willy's Rock

A small rocky outcrop rising from the shore of White Beach, topped with a statue of the Virgin Mary. It is one of Boracay's best-known landmarks and a common spot for photos.

Ilig-Iligan Beach

A quieter beach on Boracay's northern side, away from the main resort strip. Rocky outcrops and clear water make it a calm place for a swim and a walk.
